Once you book your session and pay, you’ll receive a short pre-session questionnaire. This helps me understand your current process, your services, your goals — and where things are feeling stuck.
During our strategy session, I’ll guide you through mapping out your services to create a seamless client journey. I’ll also show you how to use Dubsado’s features to support that flow — so your systems work for you, not the other way around.
After the session, you’ll receive your workflow map and an easy-to-follow implementation checklist. You’ll also have 14 days of Slack support, so you can ask questions and keep moving forward as you build.
