HOW TO SAVE TIME IN YOUR BUSINESS WITH DUBSADO…
Dubsado may feel like ‘just another’ client management platform however there are so many features within the platform that when used effectively it can remove all of that weighty admin dragging you down!
When I started working with multiple clients I was very quickly overwhelmed with a hefty workload plus managing the admin side of my business. I thought for a while that it wasn’t going to be possible to scale as I would never have the time. However, since I set up this system and the automations my stress levels have stayed low and the admin load is light, giving me more time to concentrate on my work with my clients .

1️⃣ Lead Capture Forms
When a lead books in a call I have it set up so they recieve an email with a questionnaire to fill out before our meeting. This is so we can get the most of our time chatting through the key ideas and needs from the client. Their details are already collected in Dubsado automatically and a project is created.
2️⃣ Automated invoicing
For my retainer clients I have automatic invoicing set up, which means I never have to worry about when an invoice needs sending.
I also have automatic payment reminders and alerts so i'm not having to constantly keep tabs on my accounts.
3️⃣ Schedulers
Schedulers mean all those back and forth emails about when you're next available can end. My schedulers are synced with my calendar so I can never become double booked and leads/clients can easily see my availability and book in a time which is most convenient for them.
4️⃣ Workflows
Workflows trigger off actions without me having to do a thing! One workflow I set up which I find cuts out loads of back and forth emails is when a new client pays their first invoice, they then receive an email with instructions on our next steps together and a link to book in their handover call.
5️⃣ Client Portal
The client portal is a really handy feature on Dubsado. It means clients can access all their information in one spot and they have instant access to welcome guides and instructions.
